  • Otoo Flavored Nozzles
    • Duration: The flavored nozzles come with a 1-month warranty, as the taste and aroma may degrade over time.
    • Replacement Recommendation: We recommend replacing the nozzle every month to ensure the best taste and aroma experience.
    • Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal usage within the warranty period.

Warranty Claims

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with your purchase details and a description of the issue. Proof of purchase and photos of the defective product may be required.

Returns and Refunds
